Hey there and Happy Pride!!! 🩷💜💙

With the pain of losing my initial pre-order for Gratuitous Games, I allowed myself a couple of weeks to wallow in self-pity, drown my sorrows in Dr. Pepper, and eat as much pizza as I could stomach.

Now, I may have a belly ache, but I’m so unbelievably proud of the story that has evolved through the chaos and I have no doubt that this was the right path for me to bring this book to life. I have poured more of myself into Isaac and Tyler than I initially thought and I can’t wait for you to meet them and cheer them on as they fall for Haley (and each other).

This week past week has been a rollercoaster of emotions! First, Harmonious Hearts was included in so many Pride celebration posts and my baby author heart is still bursting with pride 🩷💜💙

Second, even though Harmonious Hearts was being shared more than ever, I saw a massive dip in KU page reads that made the loss of the GG pre-order hit that much harder. My 34 day reign in the top 30K of the Kindle store came to an end and I was in my feels.

BUT THEN, Harmonious Hearts was recommended by two readers on a random FB post asking for book recs with the praise/degradation trope and my mind is blown my the power that Facebook still holds!

Look at that spike at the end!!

That spike launched Harmonious Hearts back into the top 20,000 of the Kindle store 🤯not to mention I’m closing in on 300 Amazon ratings!!

My mind will forever be blown by the support I have received on my author journey 🩷🫶🏻
